Baked Cheesy Pork Chop Happy Meal
今日午餐 - 烤芝士豬排兒童套餐
薯條做法:
1)馬鈴薯切成條狀,泡水20分鐘
2)水煮2~3分鐘,撈起瀝乾待涼
3)冷凍收藏1小時
4)薯條取出,表層刷上一層薄薄的橄欖油
5)把薯條放入預熱烤箱,180 度烤15分鐘,再翻面烤10分鐘即可
豬排的做法:
材料:
豬肉碎
麻油
自製香菇粉
紅甜椒粉
黑胡椒粉
雞蛋
無鹽奶油
芝士塊/Mozzarella Cheese (切片)
麵包糠
1)豬肉碎跟麻油,香菇粉,紅甜椒粉,黑胡椒粉,和雞蛋攪拌好後,用保鮮紙包著碗,放入冰箱醃製至少1小時
2)麵包糠用小火翻炒至金黃色,備用
3)把醃製好的肉從冰箱拿出,把一半的肉用保鮮紙塑形,把芝士放在上面,再把剩餘的肉放在芝士的上面
4)豬排的兩面平均的鋪上麵包糠
5)放在烤盤上,送入預熱烤箱,烤180度15分鐘後,翻面再烤15分鐘即可
Homemade Fries:
1) Cut the potato into slices, soak them into a bowl of cold water for 20 mins
2) Cook the fries with a boiling water for 2~3 mins, drain dry and wait it cool
3) Put in freezer for 1 hour
4) Take out the fries from freezer after 1 hour. Put on bake tray, brush a thin layer of olive oil on the surface of potato slices
5) Send the fries into preheat oven, bake for 175 deg 15 mins, flip the fries to another side and bake for another 10 mins and ready to serve
Instruction for Pork Chop:
Ingredients:
Minced Pork
Sesame Oil
Homemade Mushroom Powder
Paprika Powder
Black Pepper Powder
Egg
Unsalted Butter
Block Cheese / Mozzarella Cheese (Cut into sliced)
Breadcrumbs
1) Marinate the minced pork with sesame oil, mushroom powder, paprika powder, black pepper powder, and egg. Cover the bowl with cling wrap and put in fridge for at least 1 hour.
2) Stir fry the breadcrumbs with low heat until golden, set aside
3) Take the minced pork from fridge, scoop half of minced pork and put on cling wrap, shape it, put the cheese sliced on top, scoop the balance of minced pork and put on top, cover well
4) Coated both side of pork chop with breadcrumbs
5) Send into preheated oven, bake at 180 degree for 15 mins, flip the pork chop and bake for another 15 mins and ready to serve

就因為爸比問了我一句
在台灣有沒有吃便當
囧 我忘了 😧
所以就在Google便當的圖片
然後就瞄到夾心芝士豬排的照片
所以今天的午餐就這樣出來了
