Homemade White Sauce
自製白醬
無鹽奶油 42g
麵粉 42g
鮮奶 450ml
1)小火把鮮奶煮至微滾,熄火備用
2)小火熱另一鍋,加入無鹽奶油,讓它慢慢融化且冒泡,逐漸消退後,加入過篩的麵粉
3)用木匙拌炒,連續炒幾分鐘
4)分2~3次把溫鮮奶倒入鍋內,慢慢攪拌至完全順滑即可熄火 (這個要有耐心慢慢攪拌)
5)趁熱倒入容器內,蓋緊
6)倒扣放涼,然後冷藏 (可收1星期)

Plain Flour 42g
Fresh Milk 450ml
1) Boil the fresh milk with low heat until warm, switch off the heat and set aside
2) Heat pan with low heat, add unsalted butter, wait until fully dissolved.
3) Add sifted flour, stir with wooden spatula for few mins.
4) Pour the warm milk into pot for several times, stir continuously until creamy and smooth and switch off the heat
5) Pour the white sauce into container, cover the lid tightly
6) Invert the bottle and wait it cool, and store in fridge (May keep for 1 week)
