Lean Pork Porridge with Egg
今日晚餐 - 蛋花瘦肉粥
材料:
黃洋蔥 Brown Onion
胡蘿蔔絲 Sliced Carrot
瘦肉 Lean Pork
雞蛋 Egg
麻油 Sesame Oil
胡椒粉 Pepper Powder
自製香菇粉 Homemade Mushroom Powder
1)瘦肉跟麻油,胡椒粉和自製香菇粉醃製至少1小時
Marinate the lean pork with sesame oil, pepper powder and mushroom powder for at least 1 hour
2)把水,白米,黃洋蔥和胡蘿蔔絲放入蒸鍋內煮
Put the water, raw rice, brown onion and sliced carrot into ELB
3)大約30~40分鐘後,水滾就把瘦肉放入
After 30~40 mins later, put in the lean pork when the water boiling
4)約10分鐘後再把蛋液倒入拌勻,再煮約5分鐘即可
Pour the beaten egg into pot after 10 mins later, cook for another 5 mins and ready to serve
因為長牙的關係
昨天其他都不要吃飯
今天就換粥這不是綿密的粥
比較像粥水多一點
還好侒侒很賞臉
吃完這碗
