馬芬蛋糕

Muffin
今日點心 - 馬芬蛋糕
材料(約4個)
低筋麵粉 100g
泡打粉 2g
雞蛋 1粒
有機蔗糖/細砂糖 40g
鮮奶 60g
玉米油 10g
1)雞蛋和糖攪拌均勻
2)加入鮮奶拌勻,再加入玉米油拌勻
3)篩入麵粉,用刮刀攪拌均勻 (不要畫圈)
4)把麵糊倒入模型內,送入預熱烤箱
5)烤180度25分鐘即可
* 40g糖其實對小朋友來說還是有點甜,建議再減糖
* 另外,因為我買不到無鋁泡打粉,可是我又不喜歡普通泡打粉 (因為吃過後有"siap siap"的味道),
所以我是直接用自發麵粉做muffins,但是感覺不夠蓬鬆。下次買到無鋁泡打粉後再嘗試
Ingredients (for 4 pcs)
Hong Kong Flour/Cake Flour 100g
Baking Powder 2g
Egg 1 pc
Organic Cane Sugar/Caster Sugar 40g
Fresh Milk 60g
Corn Oil 10g
1) Whisk the egg and sugar until sugar melted
2) Add milk and mix well, add corn oil and mix well
3) Add sifted flour, mix well with spatula (do not draw circle)
4) Pour the batter into bake mould, send the mould into preheated oven
5) Bake at 180 degree for 25 mins.
* I felt the muffins quite sweet for little one, so I suggest to minus the quantity of sugar for this recipe will be better.
* I don like normal baking powder, and i unable to find aluminium free baking powder for the time-being, so i change the flour to self-raising flour. But it is not fluffy enough.

我稍微做一下功課才知道,原來杯子蛋糕和馬芬真的不同 😅
之前都不知道,不好意思..
侒侒看到媽咪在吃,就吵著也要吃
結果等不及媽咪拍蛋糕裡面的照片,
他馬上伸出小手,自己拿來吃了
