Vegetable Soup Somen

材料:
蔬菜高湯 Vegetable Soup Stock Link 1 | Link 2
自製豬肉丸 Pork Ball
蔬菜 任意 Any vegetables you like
日本素面 Japanese noodle (Somen)

1)素面水煮2分鐘撈起,用水沖素面,瀝乾備用
Cook the noodle for 2 mins, soak the noodle with water, drain dry and set aside

2)豬肉碎跟麻油,自製香菇粉,胡椒粉和太白粉醃製1小時,捏成圓形
Marinate the minced pork with sesame oil, homemade mushroom powder, pepper and potato starch for 1 hour, shape into round

3)高湯煮至滾,放入豬肉丸和香菇煮約5分鐘
Boiled the soup stock, put the pork ball and mushroom into pot for 5 mins

4)再放入蔬菜煮約3分鐘即可熄火
Put in the vegetable, cook for 3 mins and switch off the heat

5)把素面放入湯內即可享用
Put the noodle into soup and ready to serve

湯底是前兩天的蔬果高湯
再加料和面就變成美味的湯面咯∼
自製肉丸吃1粒而已
香菇當然是吃光光
菜菜也吃2棵
素面和湯也掃光光咯
