Mini Rice Pizza
今日午餐 - 迷你米比薩
材料:
橄欖油 Olive Oil
馬鈴薯(刨絲)Grated Potato
胡蘿蔔 (刨絲)Grated Carrot
花椰菜 Broccoli
熟飯 Cooked Rice
雞蛋 Egg
鮮奶 Fresh Milk
無鹽奶油 Unsalted Butter
芝士塊(刨絲)/ 莫扎里拉芝士塊 (刨絲)Grated Cheese / Grated Mozzarella Cheese
1)熱鍋,加入少許橄欖油, 翻炒馬鈴薯絲和胡蘿蔔絲只有香味,盛起備用
Heat pan, pour a little bit of olive oil, stir fry potato slices and carrot slices until fragrant, place them on a plate and set aside
2)再加入花椰菜翻炒1分鐘, 盛起備用
Add broccoli and stir fry for 1 min, place them on a plate and set aside
3)在馬芬模裡抹上一層無鹽奶油,雞蛋+鮮奶拌勻,倒入白飯內拌勻;再用湯匙把白飯+蛋液鋪在馬芬模裡
Brush a layer of unsalted butter on muffin mould; Egg + milk, mix well, pour into cooked rice, mix well; scoop the rice+egg into muffin mould
4)把馬鈴薯絲+胡蘿蔔絲鋪在上層;再鋪上花椰菜;最後撒些芝士絲
Put the potato sliced and carrot sliced on top; put the broccoli on top; lastly, sprinkle some cheese on top
5)送入預熱烤箱,烤180度15~20分鐘即可
Send into preheated oven, bake at 180 degree for 15~20 mins and ready to serve
