蕃茄肉碎炒烏冬

Fried Udon with Tomato & Minced Meat
今日午餐 - 蕃茄肉碎炒烏冬
材料:
豬肉碎 Minced meat
自製香菇粉 Homemade Mushroom Powder
咖哩粉 Curry Powder
黃姜粉 Turmeric Powder
蕃茄 Tomato
烏冬面 Udon
橄欖油 Olive Oil
蒜米 Minced Garlic
1)蕃茄去皮去蒂去籽,切粒
Remove the skin, stalk and seed of tomato, cut into small pieces
2)豬肉碎跟香菇粉,咖哩粉和黃姜粉醃製至少1小時
Marinate the minced meat with mushroom powder, curry powder and turmeric powder for at least 1 hour
3)烏冬面用滾水煮約8~10分鐘,撈起,過冷水瀝乾備用
Cook the udon with boiling water for 8~10 mins, drain, soak with cold water, drain dry and set aside
4)熱鍋,加入橄欖油和蒜米翻炒至有香味
Heat pan, add olive oil and minced garlic, stir fry until fragrant
5)加入豬肉碎翻炒至泛白,再加入蕃茄翻炒1~2分鐘
Add minced meat stir fry until semi-cooked, add tomato and stir fry for 1~2 mins
6)加入1碗水蓋鍋用小火燜至差不多收汁
Add 1 bowl of water, cover the pot, switch to low heat and simmer until the sauce almost dry
7)最後加入烏冬面翻炒1~2分鐘即可
Add udon, stir fry for 1~2 mins and ready to serve
肉碎用少許黃姜粉和咖哩粉醃製一下
味道好香好香
用蕃茄燜炒一下
炒烏冬一點不辣也不酸
很好吃哦
