海綿蛋糕 (平底鍋版)

Sponge Cake (By fry pan)


今日早餐 - 海綿蛋糕 (平底鍋版)

材料:
雞蛋 2粒 Egg 2 pcs
有機蔗糖/細砂糖 40g Organic Cane Sugar / Caster Sugar 40g
麵粉 80g Plain Flour 80g
椰油 1 1/2茶匙 Coconut Oil 1 1/2 tsp

1)將雞蛋和糖用電動打蛋器打至3倍發泡,可寫8字,久久不散
Whisk the egg and sugar with electric egg beater until fluffy, can draw "8" and not easy to disappear

2)慢慢加入篩過的麵粉,用刮刀輕輕拌勻
Add sifted flour slowly, mix and combine with spatula

3)再用刮刀輕輕地將椰油拌入
Add coconut oil with spatula and mix well

4)把麵糊倒入預熱鍋的不粘鍋,中小火蓋著煎3~4分鐘,再小心翻面,蓋著煎2分鐘即可
Pour the batter into preheated non-stick pan, switch to medium-low heat, cover the pan and fry for 3~4 mins. Flip the cake carefully, cover the pot again and fry for 2 mins and ready to serve

* 如果擔心很難翻面,可以在塗抹一層薄薄的橄欖油,再倒入麵糊 <不是不粘鍋的話就一定要塗抹油哦>
You may wish to apply a thin layer of olive oil before pour the batter into fry pan, that will be much more easier to flip the cake
<Must apply a thin layer of olive oil if using normal fry pan>

這個蛋糕是我在侒侒一歲那天,
想要自己動手做的第一個蛋糕
是失敗收場 😂
因為當時不清楚蛋糕的做法
就糊里糊塗的要嘗試做
也是這個蛋糕激起了對烘培的興趣

事隔9個月,我又再來挑戰這款蛋糕
結果因為火候控制不好
表面有點燒焦了 (😢淚奔∼∼)
不過幸虧還是可以吃的

下次要換happy call的不粘鍋來試試了
