烤芝士豬肉派

Baked Cheesy Minced Meat Pie

今日午餐 - 烤芝士豬肉派

材料：

豬肉碎 Minced meat

麻油 Sesame Oil

自製香菇粉 Homemade Mushroom Powder

甜紅椒粉 Paprika Powder

太白粉 Potato Starch

雞蛋 Egg

鮮奶 Fresh Milk

馬鈴薯 Potato

小白菜 Small Cabbage

胡蘿蔔絲 Carrot Slices

吐司 Toast

莫扎里拉芝士 Mozzarella Cheese

1）豬肉碎跟麻油，香菇粉,甜紅椒粉和太白粉拌勻，醃製1小時

Marinate the minced pork with sesame oil, mushroom powder, paprika powder and potato starch for 1 hour

2）把吐司的邊邊切掉，用手壓平吐司，放入杯子蛋糕模裡，壓緊

Cut the sides of the toast, set aside; flatten the toast with palm, put the toast into cupcake mould, press tight

3）馬鈴薯和胡蘿蔔絲蒸熟壓泥，小白菜蒸熟；全部加在一起攪拌均勻
Steamed and mashed the potato and carrot slices, steamed the small cabbage until cooked; mix and combine all together

4）熱鍋，倒入少許橄欖油，把豬肉碎翻炒至熟
Heat fry pan, pour a little bit of olive oil, stir fry the minced meat until cooked

5）把薯泥鋪在吐司上，再把豬肉碎鋪在上面
Put the mashed potato on toast, put in the minced meat on top of mashed potato

6）雞蛋打散，倒入少許鮮奶拌勻；把蛋液倒進杯子蛋糕模裡
Whisk egg, pour a bit of fresh milk into beaten egg, mix well; pour the beaten egg into cupcake mould

7）撒上莫扎里拉芝士
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top

8）送入預熱烤箱，烤180度 15~20分鐘即可
Send into preheated oven, bake at 180 degree for 15~20 mins and ready to serve

這是我自己亂亂研發的
裡面有吐司，薯泥，豬肉，Mozzarella Cheese還有雞蛋
其實味道不錯
只是有點中西合璧的感覺
這個要趁熱吃比較好吃
吃了一個就會很飽 😅
