烤“炸”雞飯 (免油)

Baked "Fried" Chicken Rice (Oil-free)


今日晚餐 - 烤“炸”雞飯 (免油) 

材料:
雞肉 Chicken
甜椒粉 Paprika Powder
黑胡椒粉 Black Pepper Powder
混合香料 Mixed Herbs
自製香菇粉 (可免)Homemade Mushroom Powder (Optional)
粘米粉 Rice Flour

1)雞肉和所有香料(除了粘米粉)醃製3~5小時
Marinate the chicken with the spices (except rice flour) for 3~5 mins
(你可以換成你喜歡的醃料. You may wish to change to your preferred ingredients for marinate)

2)醃製好的雞肉平均沾上粘米粉,不要太多哦
Coated the chicken with rice flour

3)把雞肉放在烤架上,放入預熱200度的烤箱,烤180度30~40分鐘(如果肉比較大塊就要烤久點)
Place the chicken on bake tray, send into preheated oven at 200 degree, bake at 180 degree for 30~40 mins (If the meat bigger size, might need to bake for more longer time)

4) 最後10分鐘翻面,再把滴下來的雞油塗上一層,再放入烤箱繼續烤即可
Flip the chicken on last 10 mins, apply a thin layer of chicken oil which dropped on plate, sent back to oven and continue to bake. And done after 10 mins.

各家烤箱均有不同,溫度請自行調整

本來我想做蒸雞腿
但是突然想到“炸雞”
就馬上動手準備咯
完全免油很健康哦
