咖哩牛奶烏冬麵

Curry Milk Soup Udon
今日晚餐 - 咖哩牛奶烏冬麵
材料:
橄欖油 Olive oil
咖哩粉 1/4 茶匙 Curry Powder 1/4 tsp
水/高湯 1 1/2 小碗 Water/Soup Stock 1 1/2 small bowl
鮮奶 80ml Fresh Milk 80ml
黃洋蔥 Brown Onion
馬鈴薯 Potato
胡蘿蔔 Carrot
香菇 Dried Mushroom
烏冬麵 Udon
自製香菇粉 (可免)Homemade Mushroom Powder (Optional)
洋蔥粉 (可免)Onion Powder (Optional)
1)烏冬麵水煮8分鐘撈起瀝乾備用
Cook the udon in the boiling water for 8 mins, drain dry and set aside
2)熱鍋,加入少許橄欖油和黃洋蔥,小火翻炒只有香味
Heat pan, add a little bit of olive oil and brown onion, stir fry with low heat until fragrant
3)加入馬鈴薯,胡蘿蔔和香菇翻炒1分鐘
Add potato, carrot and mushroom, stir fry for 1 min
4)加入1/4茶匙咖哩粉翻炒均勻,加入水/高湯,蓋鍋燜8~10分鐘
Add 1/4 tsp curry powder, stir fry; add water/ soup stock, cover the pan, simmer for 8~10 mins
5)加入1茶匙的香菇粉和洋蔥粉,拌勻,煮約1分鐘即可
Add 1 tsp of mushroom powder and spring onion powder, mix well and cook for 1 min.
6)把烏冬麵放入湯內即可享用
Put the udon into soup and ready to serve
又是麵
今天是麵麵日
高湯用完了
所以湯只有淡淡的咖哩和牛奶香
味道倒是淡淡無味的 (對我來說😅)
但是侒侒還是吃到津津有味
