Fried Udon with Portobello Mushroom & Egg


今日晚餐 - 蘑菇炒蛋烏冬面

材料:
蒜米 Minced Garlic
蘑菇 Portobello Mushroom
雞蛋 Egg
烏冬面 Udon
橄欖油 Olive Oil
水 Water

1)蘑菇切片,雞蛋打散,烏冬面水煮8~10分鐘撈起,過冷水瀝乾備用
Cut the portobello mushroom into slices, whisk egg, cook the udon with boiling water for 8~10 mins, drain, soak with cold water, drain dry and set aside

2)熱鍋,加入少許橄欖油翻炒蒜米至有香味;蛋液和烏冬面混合在一起
Heat pan, pour a little bit of olive oil, stir fry minced garlic until fragrant; mix and combine the beaten egg and udon

3)加入蘑菇翻炒約2分鐘,倒入蛋液和烏冬面翻炒約2分鐘即可
Add portobello mushroom stir fry for 2 mins, pour the beaten egg and udon stir fry for 2 mins and ready to serve

回到家已經5點多
這是我在30分鐘內就搞定的快餐
配上蔬菜高湯,水煮花椰菜和玉米
又是營養滿滿的一餐
