Waffles


今日午餐兼下午茶 - 華夫鬆餅

材料:
普通麵粉 160g
雞蛋 1粒 (約50g)
牛奶 50g
速發酵母 2g
無鹽奶油 50g
有機蔗糖 35g

1)把材料放入麵包機的順序為:
液體 -> 糖 -> 麵粉 -> 酵母埋在麵粉裡面

2)用SKG麵包機的11號功能 (自定義和麵)設定20分鐘,在開始運作後5分鐘,加入室溫軟化的無鹽奶油,繼續打成麵團

3)用刮刀把麵團取出 (麵團會有黏黏的)放入大碗內,把大碗放進烤箱中層,下層放一碗熱水,發酵1小時

4)麵團分割成8等份,滾圓,用濕布蓋著麵團鬆弛15~20分鐘

5)預熱 waffle maker, 把麵團放進去,蓋起來約3分鐘即可 

Ingredients:
Plain Flour 160g
Egg 1 pc (50g)
Milk 50g
Instant Yeast 2g
Unsalted Butter 50g
Organic Cane Sugar 35g

1) Put the ingredients into bread maker: 
Liquid -> Sugar -> Flour -> Instant Yeast hide inside of flour

2) Set the function 11 Knead (for SKG) for 20 mins; add the softened unsalted butter after 5 mins

3) Use spatula to remove the dough from breadmaker, (sticky dough), place into a big bowl. Send the bowl into oven on middle tray, put a bowl of hot water at below, ferment for 1 hour

4) Cut the dough into 8 pieces, roll to round shape. Cover the dough with wet towel, rest for 15~20 mins

5) Preheat waffle maker, put the dough into waffle maker, cover it tightly, and done after 3 mins.

我減糖了還是覺得稍甜
不過就是好吃啦!
我等下馬上去買雪糕配來吃
(光用想的就超幸福的💘)

蓋上濕布,鬆弛15~20分鐘

麵團放入機器

3分鐘後完成
