Fried Mee Sua with Butter


今日午餐 - 奶油炒麵線

無鹽奶油 Unsalted Butter
蒜米 Minced Garlic
馬鈴薯 Potato
長豆 Long Bean
胡蘿蔔絲 Sliced Carrot
雞蛋 Egg
日本麵線 (素面)Japanese Somen

1)麵線水煮2分鐘,撈起,過冷水,瀝乾備用
Cook the somen for 2 mins, drain, soak in cold water, drain dry and set aside

2)熱鍋,轉中小火,放入奶油把蒜米炒香
Heat pan, switch to medium-low heat, put the butter into pan and fry the garlic until fragrant

3)放入馬鈴薯翻炒一下,再加水淹過食材,加入1茶匙的香菇粉翻炒均勻(可免),轉小火燜至收汁
Put the potato into fry pan, stir fry for a while, add water to cover the potato, add 1 tsp of mushroom powder and stir fry (optional), switch to low heat and simmer until dry

4)加入長豆和胡蘿蔔絲翻炒,再倒入蛋液翻炒至熟
Add long bean and sliced carrot, stir fry them, pour the beaten egg into fry pan, stir fry until cooked

5)加入麵線翻炒1分鐘即可享用
Add somen and stir fry for 1 min and ready to serve

這麵線是日本麵線 (素面)
比起普通我們平常吃的麵線還有彈性
炒起來絕對不會黏在一起
口感也好好吃哦
