Lotus Root Huai San Pork Rib Soup


今日晚餐 - 蓮藕淮山排骨湯

(適合10個月以上 Suitable for 10 months and above)

材料:
蓮藕 Lotus Root
淮山 Huai San
紅蘿蔔 Carrot
紅棗 Red Dates
枸杞 Wolfberry
排骨 Pork Rib

1)紅棗去籽,排骨川燙去血水
Remove the seed from red dates, blanch the pork rib to remove the dirts

2) 煮一鍋水,待水沸騰後,把排骨放入
Cook a pot of boiling water, once the water boiling, put in the pork bone

3) 水再次沸騰後,放入所有食材(除了淮山),小火煲2小時
Once the water boiling again, put in all the ingredients (except Huai San), cook for 2 hours with low heat

4)2小時後把淮山放入湯內,再煮約20~30分鐘即可
Put the Huai San into soup after 2 hours, cook for another 20~30 mins and ready to serve

不下心放太多水
湯的味道有點變淡了 😅
不過還是好喝哦
我自己就喝掉2大碗了
