Apple Potato Stew Chicken


今日晚餐 - 蘋果馬鈴薯燉雞肉

材料:
雞肉 1隻 Chicken 1 pc
麻油 2湯匙 Sesame Oil 2 tbsp
自製香菇粉 2茶匙 Homemade Mushroom Powder 2 tsp
胡椒粉 少許 Pepper Powder a little bit
玉米粉 1茶匙 Corn Starch 1 tsp
黃洋蔥 1粒 Brown Onion 1 pc
蒜 5辦 Garlic 5 pcs
胡蘿蔔 1條 Carrot 1 pc
蘋果 1顆 Apple 1 pc
馬鈴薯 2粒 Potato 2 pcs
香菇 8片 Dried Mushroom 8 pcs
橄欖油 少許 Olive Oil
太白粉水 2茶匙:1茶匙 Potato Starch 2 tsp : 1 tsp

1)雞肉切小塊,跟麻油,香菇粉,胡椒粉和玉米粉醃製至少30分鐘
Chopped the chicken into small pieces, marinate with sesame oil, mushroom powder, pepper powder and corn starch for at least 30 mins

2)切碎蒜米,洋蔥切丁,胡蘿蔔,蘋果,馬鈴薯去皮切塊,香菇泡軟切片,香菇水留著
Chopped the garlic, and onion into small pieces; peel off the skin of carrot, apple and potato, cut into small pieces; soak the mushroom and cut into slices, keep the mushroom water

3)熱砂鍋,加入橄欖油,蒜米和洋蔥,用小火翻炒至有香味
Heat claypot, add olive oil and spring onion, stir fry until fragrant

4)加入雞肉翻炒約1分鐘
Add chicken and stir fry for 1 min

5)加入所有材料翻炒均勻
Add all the ingredients and stir fry

6)加入香菇水和高湯/水淹過食材,加入1茶匙的香菇粉拌勻,小火燉煮30分鐘
Add mushroom water and soup stock/water to cover the ingredients, add 1 tsp of mushroom powder, mix well; switch to low heat stew for 30 mins

7)最後加入太白粉水勾芡拌勻即可享用
Add potato starch water to thicken the sauce and ready to serve

今天本來想做蕃茄燉肉
但是沒蕃茄就換成蘋果了 😅
不過還是一樣可口
做了一家人的份量
全家人都得配合侒侒吃零調味的 😋
有點酸酸甜甜很下飯哦
在燉煮的時候就聞到香味了
好香好香~~



小火翻炒洋蔥至有香味
Stir fry spring onion with low heat
until fragrant

加入雞肉稍微翻炒
Add chicken and stir fry


加入所有材料翻炒均勻
Stir fry all the ingredients 

倒入水/高湯,淹過食材
Add water/soup stock,
cover the ingredients
最後加入太白水勾芡
Add potato starch water to thicken the sauce
