Potato, Broccoli & Salmon Porridge
今日午餐 - 馬鈴薯花椰菜三文魚粥
材料:
馬鈴薯 Potato
花椰菜 Broccoli
三文魚 Salmon
薑茸 Minced Ginger
蔬菜高湯/水 Vegetables Soup Stock/Water
自製香菇粉 Homemade Mushroom Powder
1)生米,馬鈴薯 + 蔬菜高湯/水用蒸煮飯盒煮
Cook the raw rice, potato and vege soup stock/water with electric lunch box
2)待粥熟透後,再加入三文魚,花椰菜和薑茸煮約15分鐘
Once the porridge cooked, add salmon, broccoli and minced ginger cook for another 15 mins
3)最後加入1湯匙的香菇粉,拌勻即可享用 (可免)
Add 1 tbsp of mushroom powder, mix well and ready to serve (Optional)
用昨天蔬菜高湯來煮粥
不過我煮一半跑去陪兒子睡覺
後來雖然粥煮好了
但是變得有點乾
我只好再加水不然會很濃稠 😅
