Udon with Vege & Fruit Soup and Steam Drumstick


今日午餐 - 蔬果高湯烏冬面 & 蒸雞腿

(適合10個月以上 Suitable for 10 months and above)

蔬果高湯:
材料:
高麗菜 1/4粒 Cabbage 1/4 pc
胡蘿蔔 1條 Carrot 1 pc
玉米 1棵 Corn 1pc
蕃茄 1粒 Tomato 1 pc
蘋果 1粒 Apple 1 pc
香菇 4粒 Dried Mushroom 4 pcs



1)香菇泡軟去蒂切片
Soak the dried mushroom until tender, remove the stalk, cut into sliced

2)把所有切好的材料放入鍋內,加水淹過材料
Put all the ingredients into pot, add water to cover all the ingredients

3)開大火煮至水滾燙,再轉小火煲1小時
Switch to high heat cook until water boiling, switch to low heat and let it boiled for 1 hour

4)放涼過篩,取湯即可
Let it cool and filter the ingredients, keep the soup and done. 

今天用其他材料製作高湯
很清甜,媽咪我很喜歡!
配上烏冬面,讓侒侒今天做日本人 😅
烏冬面已經水煮過
再用高湯煮一下讓它入味
後來可能烏冬面本身的鹹味帶進湯頭裡
味道變得好奇妙
我跟爸比不習慣
但是侒侒卻幾乎吃光烏冬面和喝完湯 😋
媽咪我搞不懂你的口味。。
不過你有吃完我很高興啦 哈哈
