Curry Potato Stew Pork (Non-Spicy)


今日晚餐 - 咖哩馬鈴薯燉肉 (不辣)

材料:
洋蔥 Spring Onion
馬鈴薯 Potato
黑木耳 Black Fungus
香菇 Dried Mushroom
胡蘿蔔 Carrot
豬肉碎 Minced Pork
太白粉 Potato Starch
紅甜椒粉 Paprika Powder
蒜米粉 Garlic Powder
胡椒粉 Pepper Powder
洋蔥粉 Onion Powder
咖哩粉 Curry Powder
橄欖油 Olive Oil

1)豬肉碎跟太白粉,紅甜椒粉,蒜米粉,胡椒粉和橄欖油醃製1小時
Marinate the minced pork with potato starch, paprika powder, garlic powder, pepper powder and olive oil for 1 hour

2)熱鍋,加入橄欖油和洋蔥,翻炒至有香味
Heat pan, add olive oil and spring onion, stir fry until fragrant

3)加入豬肉碎翻炒至泛白
Add minced pork and stir fry until semi-cooked

4)加入黑木耳,香菇和胡蘿蔔翻炒1分鐘
Add black fungus, dried mushroom and carrot, stir fry for 1 min

5)加入馬鈴薯翻炒1分鐘
Add potato and stir fry for 1 min

6)加入適量的高湯/水,加入咖哩粉和洋蔥粉拌勻,小火燉煮30分鐘即可
Add a certain amount of soup stock or water, add curry powder and onion powder, mix well; switch to low heat stew for 30 mins and ready to serve
