Steamed Codfish with Mushroom & Tomato Sauce


今日晚餐 - 番茄醬蒸香菇鱈魚

材料:
自製番茄醬 Homemade Tomato Sauce
香菇 Dried Mushroom
鱈魚 Codfish


1)把鱈魚放入碗內,倒入蕃茄醬和香菇
Put the codfish into bowl, pour tomato sauce and mushroom

2)用鋁箔紙蓋住玩
Cover the bowl with aluminium foil tape

3)蒸20~25分鐘即可
Steamed for 20~25 mins and ready to serve

侒侒到晚餐時間的胃口似乎不錯
問他好吃嗎
