Fried Rice Cake with Butter (Pumpkin & Potato Paste)


今日午餐 - 奶油煎飯糰 (南瓜&馬鈴薯餡)

#適合1歲以上

材料:
南瓜 Pumpkin 
馬鈴薯 Potato 
白飯 Cooked Rice
牛奶 Fresh Milk
雞蛋 Egg

1)南瓜和馬鈴薯蒸熟壓爛
Steamed and mashed the pumpkin and potato

2)把白飯壓入三角形的飯糰模裡,再鋪上適量的南瓜泥或馬鈴薯泥,最後再鋪上白飯,用飯糰模壓好整形
Put the cooked rice into triangle rice cake mould, put the mashed pumpkin or potato on second layer, and pour another scoop of cooked rice on top. Press and shape the rice cake well with the mould

3)雞蛋打散,飯糰平均的沾上蛋液
Beat the egg, coated the rice cake with beaten egg

4)熱鍋,加入無鹽奶油,把飯糰放入鍋內,小火煎至兩面金黃色即可
Heat pan, add unsalted butter into fry pan, put the rice cake into fry pan, fry them with low heat until both side golden and ready to serve

我真的很喜歡做飯糰帶出門吃
既能吃的飽,收拾也很容易,也不會吃的髒兮兮的
今天包薯泥和南瓜泥當內餡 😋



第一層加入飯壓平
Add cooked rice on first layer and press tight

加入薯泥
Add mashed potato on 2nd layer

加入白飯壓平再用飯糰模壓緊
Add cooked rice on top,
press tight with rice cake mould

用同種方法,南瓜泥當內餡
Same method, pumpkin puree as paste


雙面沾上蛋液
Coated the egg on both side

加入無鹽奶油用小火慢煎
Add unsalted butter fry with low heat

完成
Done

  1. Hi Mama Anise, i tried using the same mould to make the rice cake but before i can put into the pan, the rice already crumble. 碎掉了..it doesn't stick well...May i know how do you make the rice cake stick well before panfried? Thank you!! :)

    1. Hi mummy, you need to press the rice tight into mould with ur finger or spoon. or i suggest you to hold the rice cake with ur hand, then pour the egg via spoon to rice cake.
      OR
      use Japanese rice which more sticky and suitable to make rice cake. :)
