Chicken Nugget


今日晚餐 - 煎雞肉塊

材料:
雞肉碎 Minced Chicken
太白粉 Potato Starch
玉米粉 Corn Starch
自製香菇粉 Homemade Mushroom Powder
黑胡椒粉 Black Pepper Powder
橄欖油 Olive Oil

1) 把所有材料攪拌均勻,醃製1小時
Mix all the ingredients and marinate for 1 hour

2) 熱鍋,抹上一層橄欖油,用湯匙舀起雞肉碎放入鍋內,小火煎至兩面金黃色即可
Heat pan, brush a layer of olive oil, scoop the minced chicken and place into fry pan, fry with low heat until both side golden and ready to serve.

今天就來試一試
侒侒看到nugget, 拿起來放到桌上
表示不吃 😑
我把它弄小片,放到他的飯裡面藏起來
他舀飯吃進去自己都不知道 😅
