Mashed Potato with Minced Meat


今日午餐 - 薯泥配肉醬

材料(A):
馬鈴薯 Potato
無鹽奶油 Unsalted Butter
牛奶 Fresh Milk
胡椒粉 Pepper Powder

1)馬鈴薯蒸熟壓爛
Steam and mashed potato

2)加入一小塊的無鹽奶油拌勻
Add a small piece of unsalted butter, mix well

3)加入適量的鮮奶拌勻至順滑,再撒上少許胡椒粉拌勻即可,裝入容器內備用
Add a moderate amount of fresh milk, mix well until smooth and creamy; sprinkle some pepper powder, mix well. Put the mashed potato into bowl and set aside. 

材料(B):
豬肉碎 Minced pork
麻油 Sesame Oil
太白粉 Potato Starch
自製香菇粉 Homemade Mushroom Powder
甜紅椒粉 Paprika Powder
水/高湯 Water / Soup Stock
海鹽 (一歲以下可不加)Sea Salt (Optional, not for below 1 yr old)
橄欖油 Olive oil


1)豬肉碎跟麻油,太白粉,香菇粉和甜紅椒粉醃製1小時
Marinate the minced meat with potato starch, mushroom powder and paprika powder for 1 hour

2)熱鍋,加入橄欖油和豬肉碎翻炒至泛白
Heat pan, add olive oil and minced meat, stir fry until semi-cooked

3)加入水/高湯和太白粉+水,不停的翻炒至全熟
Add water/soup stock and potato starch+water, stir-fry continuously until cooked

4)加入一咪咪的海鹽調味,即可 (可免)
Seasoned with a pinch of sea salt, and done. (Optional)

5)把肉醬倒在薯泥上,即可享用
Pour the minced meat on mashed potato and ready to serve

太白粉+水 & 醃製好的肉
Potato Starch + Water & Minced meat after marinate

翻炒肉碎至泛白
Stir-fry minced meat until semi-cooked

加水/高湯,再加入太白粉水不停翻炒
Add water, and add the potato starch water,
stir-fry continuously

肉醬完成
Minced meat done

馬鈴薯壓爛,加入無鹽奶油拌勻
Mashed potato, add unsalted butter,
mix well

加入牛奶拌勻
Add milk and mix well




加入少許胡椒粉拌勻,放入容器內
Sprinkle a bit of pepper powder,
mix well and put into bowl
肉醬倒在薯泥上即可享用
Pour the minced pork on mashed potato
and ready to serve
