中式蛋餅

今日午餐第二彈 - 中式蛋餅
材料:
雞蛋 1 粒 Egg 1pc
洋蔥粉 Onion Powder
中筋麵粉 1~2湯匙 Plain Flour 1~2 tbsp
水 適量 A moderate amount of Water
橄欖油 Olive Oil
1)雞蛋打散,撒些洋蔥粉攪拌均勻
Whisk the egg, sprinkle some onion powder and mix well
2)麵粉和水攪拌均勻
Mix and combine the flour and water
3)熱鍋,抹上一層橄欖油,轉小火,倒入麵粉水,待表面凝固
Heat pan, brush a layer of olive oil, switch to low heat, pour the flour water into fry pan and wait until the surface concreting
4)把蛋液倒在麵皮上,待凝固後捲起,煎至表面微焦即可起鍋
Pour the beaten egg on the dough, once the egg starts to get cooked, roll it from a side to another side, fry until the surface slightly burnt
5)待涼後切開即可享用
Wait until cooling and may cut it into small pieces and ready to serve.
寶寶版的蛋餅有點枯燥無味 😅
只有少許蛋香
侒侒吃兩口不要了 😢
配上肉松沾甜醬應該不錯
(不過是媽咪吃,不是侒侒吃 😅)
