香蒜三文魚意麵

Garlic Salmon Angel Hair
今日晚餐 - 香蒜三文魚意麵
材料:
三文魚 Salmon
黑胡椒粉 Black Pepper Powder
蒜米 Chopped Garlic
紅燈籠椒 Red Bell Pepper
橄欖油 Olive Oil
天使意大利面 Angel Hair
1)三文魚切片平均撒上黑胡椒粉
Cut the salmon into small pieces, sprinkle some black pepper powder on top
2)熱鍋,轉小火,加入三文魚煎至兩面金黃色,撈起備用
Heat fry pan, add salmon and fry them until both side golden, set aside
3)另一鍋煮意大利面,約6~8分鐘即可撈起瀝乾備用
Cook the angel hair for 6~8 mins, drained dry and set aside
4)用同一平底鍋,加入適量的橄欖油,用小火炒香蒜米
Use the same fry pan, add a moderate amount of olive oil, stir fry the garlic with low heat
5)再加入紅燈籠椒翻炒,直到蒜米略金黃色即可
Add red bell pepper and stir fry them, until garlic slightly golden and switch off the heat
6)趁熱淋至意大利面,攪拌均勻
Pour the garlic sauce on angel hair, mix well
7)最後把煎三文魚放入盤內即可享用
Lastly, place the pan-fried salmon on the plate and ready to serve
