Potato & Purple Sweet Potato Hash Brown
今日午餐 - 黃紫薯餅
材料:
材料:
马铃薯 Potato
紫番薯 Purple Sweet Potato
太白粉 Potato Starch
橄榄油 Olive Oil
1)马铃薯和紫番薯切成小颗粒,蒸10分钟
Cut the potato and purple sweet potato into small pieces, steam for 10 mins.
2)加入太白粉,混合均匀
Add potato starch, mix well
3)手涂抹少许橄榄油,取一部分用手掌用力压实
Apply some olive oil on hand, scoop some potatoes and press firmly with palm
4)热锅,热油,把薯饼煎至两面金黄色即可
Heat pan and oil, fry the hash brown till both side golden and ready to serve
昨晚發現侒侒又有多兩顆大牙出來。。
總共4顆 😓
難怪完全不愛吃東西。。
