Cottage Pie
今日午餐 - 牧羊人派
(食材比例請根據肉碎的份量來自行拿捏)
材料:
豬肉碎
橄欖油
自製香菇粉
太白粉
胡蘿蔔
花椰菜
馬鈴薯
鮮奶
無鹽奶油
胡椒粉
洋蔥粉
自製番茄醬 (番茄醬食譜鏈接請按 這裡 )
1) 豬肉碎跟少許橄欖油,香菇粉和太白粉醃製至少30分鐘
2)胡蘿蔔和馬鈴薯切絲/切碎
3)馬鈴薯蒸熟壓爛,加入鮮奶,奶油,胡椒粉和洋蔥粉攪拌均勻至順滑
4)熱鍋,加入少許橄欖油和豬肉碎翻炒至泛白
5)加入蔬菜翻炒1分鐘,再加入適量的蕃茄醬翻炒均勻 (我加了約5湯匙的量)
6)把炒好的肉醬放入烤盅內,再放上馬鈴薯泥,覆蓋住肉醬,用叉在表面刮出紋路
7)放入預熱烤箱,烤200度 30分鐘即可
** 肉類可以換成牛肉或雞肉
** 沒有蘑菇粉,洋蔥粉的話,可以換其他如胡椒粉,香料或少許鹽調味。
但其實有蕃茄醬已經很夠味了,如果不加也OK
** 蔬菜也可以任意更換

Minced Pork

Homemade Mushroom Powder
Potato Starch
Carrot
Broccoli
Potato
Fresh Milk
Unsalted Butter
Pepper Powder
Onion Powder
Homemade Tomato Sauce (Recipe for tomato sauce, click HERE )
1) Marinate the minced pork with olive oil, mushroom powder, and potato starch for at least 30 mins.
2) Cut the carrot and broccoli into small pieces
3) Steam and mashed the potato, add fresh milk, butter, pepper and onion powder, mix and combine them until smooth and creamy
4) Heat pan, add olive oil and minced pork, stir fry until semi-cooked
5) Add vegetables and stir fry for 1 min, add a moderate amount of tomato sauce and stir fry (i added 5 tbsp of tomato sauce)
6) Transfer them into bake bowl, put a layer of mashed potato on top, and draw some lines with fork
7) Send the bake bowl into preheated oven, bake at 200 degree for 30 mins and ready to serve.
** You can change the minced pork to beef or chicken
** If don't have mushroom powder or onion powder, you may wish to flavor with some spices or a pinch of salt
** You also can replace with any vegetables
