Green Papaya Pork Bone Soup

今日晚餐 - 青木瓜龍骨湯

(適合10個月以上 Suitable for 10 months and above)

材料:
青木瓜 Green Papaya
龍骨 Pork Bone
蕃茄 Tomato
胡蘿蔔 Carrot

1) 先川燙龍骨去血水
Blanch the pork bone to remove dirts

2) 煮一鍋水,待水沸騰後,把龍骨放入
Cook a pot of boiling water, once the water boiling, put in the pork bone

3) 水再次沸騰後,放入所有食材,煲3小時即可
Once the water boiling again, put in all the ingredients, cook for 3 hours and ready to serve

聽說,幾乎每個小孩都喜歡喝湯
就算不吃飯,不吃面,也會喝湯
所以媽咪得要不辭勞苦的天天煲湯才行
這湯是隨便湊合
但味道卻很甜哦
很適合最近那麼炎熱的天氣
