Baked Pumpkin Fries
今日午餐之一 - 烤南瓜條
材料:
南瓜 Pumpkin
1)南瓜切成條狀
2)表層刷上一層薄薄的橄欖油
3)把南瓜條放入預熱烤箱,175 度烤15~20分鐘即可

1) Cut the pumpkin into slices
2) Brush a thin layer of olive oil on the surface of pumpkin slices
3) Send the fries into preheat oven, bake for 175 deg 15~20 mins and ready to serve

因為南瓜比較容易出水,所以趁熱吃會比較可口哦
等下的外出餐, 仿效烤薯條的做法
烤出來的南瓜相當的可口哦
