芝士白醬豬排焗面

Baked Angel Hair with White Sauce, Cheese & Pork Chop


今日晚餐 - 芝士白醬豬排焗面

豬排的做法:

材料:
豬肉碎
麻油
紅甜椒粉
黑胡椒粉
太白粉
雞蛋
無鹽奶油

1)豬肉碎跟麻油,香菇粉,紅甜椒粉,黑胡椒粉,太白粉和雞蛋攪拌好後,用保鮮紙包著碗,放入冰箱醃製至少1小時
2)小火熱鍋,把醃製好的肉從冰箱拿出,用保鮮紙做成圓形
3)加入無鹽奶油,把肉碎煎至兩面金黃微焦
4)待涼,切片備用

芝士白醬的做法:

材料:
無鹽奶油
洋蔥
鮮蠔菇
紅燈籠椒
低筋麵粉
溫鮮奶
車打芝士

1)小火熱鍋,加入無鹽奶油待融化,加入洋蔥翻炒至有香味,再加入鮮蠔菇和紅燈籠椒翻炒1分鐘
2)加入1湯匙的低筋麵粉翻炒1~2分鐘
3)倒入適量的溫鮮奶,攪拌至略濃稠
4)加入車打芝士攪拌均勻,即可熄火

焗面的做法:

材料:
無鹽奶油
天使意大利面
豬排
芝士白醬
莫扎里拉芝士絲

1)烤盅抹上無鹽奶油,鋪上一層白醬
2)鋪上天使意大利面,再鋪上一層白醬
3)再把豬排鋪上,再鋪上一層白醬
4)最後平均的撒上莫扎里拉芝士絲
5)送入預熱200度的烤箱,轉180度烤15分鐘即可

Instruction for Pork Chop:

Ingredients:
Minced Pork
Sesame Oil
Homemade Mushroom Powder
Paprika Powder
Black Pepper Powder
Potato Starch
Egg
Unsalted Butter

1) Marinate the minced pork with sesame oil, mushroom powder, paprika powder, black pepper powder, potato starch and egg. Cover the bowl with cling wrap and put in fridge for at least 1 hour.
2) Heat pan with low heat, take out the minced pork from fridge, shape it to round with cling wrap 
3) Add the unsalted butter into fry pan, fry the patties until both side golden and slightly burnt
4) Wait it cool down, cut into sliced and set aside

Instruction for White Sauce with Cheese:

Ingredients:
Unsalted Butter
Spring Onion
Oyster Mushroom
Red Bell Pepper
Cake Flour/Hong Kong Flour
Warm Fresh Milk
Cheddar Cheese

1) Heat pan with low heat, add unsalted butter and wait until dissolved, add spring onion and stir fry until fragrant
2) Add oyster mushroom and red bell pepper stir fry for 1 min
3) Pour a moderate amount of warm fresh milk, keep stirring until slightly creamy
4) Add cheddar cheese, mix well and switch off the heat. 

Instruction for Baked Pasta:

Ingredients:
Unsalted Butter
Angel Hair
Pork Chop
White Sauce with Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese

1) Apply a thin layer of unsalted butter on bake bowl, pour a layer of white sauce
2) Put the cooked angel hair on top, pour a layer of white sauce on top again
3) Put the pork chop on top, pour another layer of white sauce on top
4) Lastly, sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top
5) Send into preheated oven at 200 degree, switch to 180 degree bake for 15 mins and ready to serve

無鹽奶油+洋蔥, 小火翻炒
Unsalted Butter + Spring Onion,
stir-fried with low heat

加入鮮蠔菇和紅燈籠椒翻炒
Stir-fried Oyster mushroom & red bell pepper




加入1湯匙的麵粉翻炒1~2分鐘
Pour 1 tbsp of flour, stir-fry for 2 mins

倒入適量的鮮奶,攪拌至略濃稠
Pour fresh milk into fry pan,
mix and stir continuously until the
sauce thicken a little bit

加入車打芝士拌勻,即可熄火
Add cheddar cheese, mix well.
switch off the heat

芝士白醬完成
White Sauce with Cheese done

烤盅抹上無鹽奶油,鋪上一層白醬
Brush a layer of unsalted butter on bowl,
pour a layer of white sauce

放入意大利面
Put the angel hair into bowl

再鋪上一層白醬
Pour a layer of white sauce again

把豬排放在上面
Place the pork chop on top

再鋪上一層白醬,平均撒上莫扎里拉乳酪絲
Pour a layer of white sauce again,
sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top

送入預熱200度烤箱,轉180度烤15分鐘即可
Send into preheat oven at 200 deg,
switch to 180 deg, bake for 15 mins and ready to serve
