Mixed Vegetables Soup Stock
蔬菜高湯

材料:
玉米 1棵 Corn 1 pc
紅蘿蔔 1条 Carrot 1 pc
黃洋蔥 1粒 Yellow Spring Onion 1 pc
香菇 3~4朵 Dried Mushroom 3~4 pcs
紅棗 3粒 Red Dates 3 pcs
1)香菇泡軟去蒂切片,紅棗洗淨去籽
Soak the dried mushroom until tender, remove the stalk, cut into sliced; clean the red dates and remove the seeds
2)把所有切好的材料放入鍋內,加水淹過材料
Put all the ingredients into pot, add water to cover all the ingredients
3)開大火煮至水滾燙,再轉小火煲1小時
Switch to high heat cook until water boiling, switch to low heat and let it boiled for 1 hour
4)放涼過篩,取湯即可
Let it cool and filter the ingredients, keep the soup and done.
蔬菜高湯用來做料理非常適合
完全不用加調味
因為湯頭已經夠甜了
如果還有剩下的高湯可以冷凍收藏
盡量在5天內用掉哦
