Pumpkin & Apple Stew Rice


今日午餐 - 南瓜蘋果燜飯

材料:
洋蔥 Spring Onion
豬肉碎 Minced Pork
麻油 Sesame Oil
自製香菇粉 Homemade Mushroom Powder
南瓜 Pumpkin
蘋果 Apple
生米 Raw Rice

1)豬肉碎跟麻油和自製香菇粉醃製至少30分鐘
Marinate the minced pork with sesame oil and homemade mushroom powder for 30 mins

2)把所有材料切丁
Cut all the ingredients into small pieces

3)熱鍋,加入橄欖油,加入洋蔥翻炒至有香味
Heat pan, add olive oil, add spring onion and stir fry until fragrant

4)加入豬肉碎翻炒至泛白
Add minced pork and stir fry until semi-cooked

5)加入南瓜和蘋果翻炒1分鐘,再加入生米翻炒1分鐘即可熄火
Add pumpkin and apple stir fry for 1 min, add raw rice and stir fry for 1 min, switch off the heat

6)把炒好的所有材料放入飯鍋或蒸煮飯盒內,加入水蓋過食材
Transfer the fried ingredients into rice cooker or electric lunch box, add water (to cover the ingredients will do)

7)蓋鍋按ON即可~
Cover the pot, press ON and done~ 

最近幾天在娘家
因為有黏黏蟲所以很難好好的做飯
所以都請我媽代勞
今天終於可以親自下廚 😅
(雖然有跟屁蟲跟來跟去)

南瓜和蘋果真的很搭
煮出來的燜飯很香甜很好吃
侒侒因為想睡覺只吃一半就開始鬧脾氣
剩下的都是媽咪我吃掉了
