Stir Fried Pork with Mushroom


今日晚餐 - 香菇炒肉片

材料:
蒜米 Chopped Garlic
香菇 Dried Mushroom
胡蘿蔔 Carrot
瘦肉 Pork meat
自製香菇粉 Homemade Mushroom Powder
橄欖油 Olive oil

1) 瘦肉和香菇粉&橄欖油醃製40分鐘
Marinate the pork meat with mushroom powder and olive oil for 40 mins

2) 熱鍋,加入少許橄欖油和蒜米翻炒至有香味,加入瘦肉翻炒至泛白
Heat pan, add a little bit of olive oil and garlic stir fry until fragrant, add pork meat into fry pan and stir fry until semi-cooked

3) 加入香菇和胡蘿蔔翻炒至熟即可
Add mushroom and carrot stir fry until cooked and ready to serve
