材料:
豬肉碎 Minced Pork
豆腐 Tofu
雞蛋 Egg
麻油 Sesame Oil
自製香菇粉 Homemade Mushroom Powder
橄欖油 Olive Oil
1) 豬肉碎跟麻油和香菇粉醃製至少30分鐘
Marinate the minced pork with sesame oil and mushroom powder for at least 30 mins
2) 豆腐跟鹽水浸約20分鐘
Soak the tofu with salt water for 20 mins
3) 雞蛋打散,豆腐搗碎,都加入到豬肉碎內,攪拌均勻
Whisk egg, smash the tofu, pour them into the bowl of minced pork, mix well
4) 熱鍋,加入少許橄欖油,用湯匙舀起豬肉碎,放入鍋內煎至兩面金黃色即可
Heat pan, pour a bit of olive oil, scoop the minced pork with a spoon and put into pot, fry both side until golden and ready to serve
今天一早一起身就去替侒侒報名幼稚園而排隊,回到家已經
侒侒的午餐都還沒準備 😑
先讓他午睡起來再吃好了 😪
結果午餐快變下午茶點了 😅
