Huai Shan Peanut Soup
今日晚餐 - 淮山花生湯

材料:
龍骨 Pork Bone
淮山 Huai Shan
胡蘿蔔 Carrot
花生 Peanut
紅棗 Red Dates
1) 先川燙龍骨去血水, 花生浸泡在水裡1小時
Blanch the pork bone to remove dirts; Soak the peanut in a bowl of water for 1 hour
2) 煮一鍋水,待水沸騰後,把龍骨放入
Cook a pot of boiling water, once the water boiling, put in the pork bone
3) 水再次沸騰後,放入所有食材,煲3小時即可
Once the water boiling again, put in all the ingredients, cook for 3 hours and ready to serve

剛才削皮的時候忘了帶手套
摸到粘液才想到可能會導致皮膚發癢
