Fluffy Pancake (Simple and Recommended)
今日早餐 - 很鬆的鬆餅 (超推薦的做法)
材料:
材料:
中筋麵粉 (過篩) 150g
細砂糖 20g
雞蛋 1粒
融化無鹽奶油 30g
牛奶 240ml
速發酵母 2g
1)把所有材料攪拌均勻,用保鮮紙包着碗,放入冰箱冷藏1個晚上
2)從冰箱取出麵糊,熱鍋(不粘鍋),加入一湯匙的麵糊,小火煎至兩面金黃色 即可
Ingredients:
Sifted Plain Flour 150g
Caster Sugar 20g
Egg 1pc
Melted Unsalted Butter 30g
Milk 240ml
Instant Yeast 2g
1) Mix and combine all the ingredients, cover the bowl with cling wrap, put in fridge overnight
2) Take out the batter from fridge, heat the non-stick pan, pour 1 tbsp of batter, fry with low heat until both side golden and ready to serve.
