Pumpkin Potato Pork Patties (Egg-less)


今日午餐 - 南瓜馬鈴薯豬肉餅 (無蛋)

材料:
南瓜 Pumpkin
馬鈴薯 Potato
豬肉碎 Minced Pork
香菇 Dried Mushroom
太白粉 Potato Starch
甜紅椒粉 Paprika POwder
胡椒粉 Pepper Powder
自製香菇粉 Homemade Mushroom Powder
麻油 Sesame Oil
橄欖油 Olive Oil

1)南瓜和馬鈴薯蒸熟壓爛,香菇切細細,跟南瓜馬鈴薯一起蒸
Steamed and mashed pumpkin and potato, chopped mushroom into tiny pieces, steam together with pumpkin and potato

2)豬肉碎跟麻油,太白粉,甜紅椒粉,胡椒粉和香菇粉攪拌均勻後,跟蒸好的食材一起拌勻;放入冰箱冷藏1小時
Mixed and combine the minced pork with sesame oil, potato starch, paprika powder, pepper powder and mushroom powder, and combine with the steamed food, put in fridge for 1 hour

3)1小時後把醃製好的肉碎從冰箱拿出,用手捏成圓形
Take out the minced pork from fridge after an hour, shape the minced pork mixture with palm

4)熱鍋,刷上一層橄欖油,轉小火,把肉餅煎至兩面金黃微焦即可
Heat pan, brush a layer of olive oil, switch to low heat, fry the both side of patties until golden and slightly burnt and ready to serve.

侒侒吃掉5片
點頭說好吃 ^^
剩下的2片,午睡後吃掉了 XD
