Pumpkin Black Fungus Stew Rice


今日晚餐 - 南瓜黑木耳燉飯

材料:
蒜米 Chopped Garlic
洋蔥 Spring Onion
白米 Rice
南瓜 Pumpkin
黑木耳 Black Fungus
香菇 Dried Mushroom
紅甜椒粉 Paprika Powder
洋蔥粉 Onion Powder
橄欖油 Olive Oil

1)把所有材料切丁
Cut all the ingredients into small pieces

2)熱鍋,加入橄欖油,蒜米和洋蔥翻炒至有香味
Heat pan, add olive oil, chopped garlic and spring onion, stir fry until fragrant

3)加入南瓜,香菇和黑木耳翻炒2分鐘
Add pumpkin, dried mushroom and black fungus, stir fry for 2 mins.

4)加入白米翻炒,再倒入一碗水,撒些紅甜椒粉和洋蔥粉拌勻
Add rice and stir fry, add a bowl of water, sprinkle some paprika powder and onion powder, mix well

5)轉最小火,蓋鍋燜約8~10分鐘至水干
Switch to low heat, cover the pan and stew for 8 ~ 10 mins until dry

6)再稍微翻炒約1~2分鐘即可
Stir fry for another 1 ~ 2 mins and read to serve

很久沒有做燜飯
因為侒侒有一段日子不願意吃
現在再煮,他還是吃不多 😑
沒有湯就不吃飯嗎 😣
南瓜直接不肯吃
