Potato Pancake
今日午餐 - 馬鈴薯煎餅
材料:
馬鈴薯 Potato
胡蘿蔔 Carrot
花椰菜 Broccoli
中筋麵粉 Plain Flour
雞蛋 Egg
洋蔥粉 Onion Powder
自製香菇粉 Homemade Mushroom Powder
橄欖油 Olive Oil
1) 馬鈴薯蒸熟壓爛,胡蘿蔔刨絲可以跟馬鈴薯一起蒸,花椰菜切碎蒸5分鐘
Steam and mashed potato, sliced carrot and steam with potato, chopped broccoli and steam for 5 mins
2)馬鈴薯泥,胡蘿蔔和花椰菜攪拌均勻,加入1~2湯匙的麵粉, 適量的洋蔥粉和香菇粉拌勻,再打入雞蛋攪拌均勻
Mix and combine the mashed potato, carrot and broccoli. Add 1~2 tbsp of flour, sprinkle some onion powder and mushroom powder, mix well. Add beaten egg and mix well
3)熱鍋,刷一層橄欖油,轉小火,舀一湯匙的馬鈴薯麵糊至鍋內,煎至兩面金黃色即可
Heat pan, brush a layer of olive oil, switch to low heat, scoop a spoon of potato batter into fry pan, fry until both side golden and ready to serve
這次我做了2種類型的煎餅
1種如圖,是有雞蛋的
另一種在comment, 無蛋
但是無蛋很難成型,最後我把它們放在一起變成薯泥狀 😅
