Minced Pork Rice Cake


今日午餐 - 肉碎飯糰

材料:
豬肉碎 Minced Pork
麻油 Sesame Oil
自製香菇粉 Homemade Mushroom Powder
太白粉 Potato Starch
黑胡椒粉 Black Pepper Powder
甜紅椒粉 Paprika Powder
白飯 Cooked Rice
雞蛋 Egg
橄欖油 Olive Oil

1)豬肉碎跟麻油,香菇粉,太白粉,黑胡椒粉和甜紅椒粉醃製1小時
Marinate the minced pork with sesame oil, mushroom powder, potato starch, black pepper powder and paprika powder for 1 hour.

2)熱鍋,加入少許橄欖油,把醃好的豬肉碎翻炒至全熟
Heat pan, pour a little bit of olive oil, stir fry the minced pork until cooked

3)把白飯壓入三角形的飯糰模裡,再鋪上適量的豬肉碎,最後再鋪上白飯,用飯糰模壓好整形
Put the cooked rice into triangle rice cake mould, put the minced pork on top, and pour another scoop of cooked rice on top. Press and shape the rice cake well with the mould

4)雞蛋打散,飯糰平均的沾上蛋液
Beat the egg, coated the rice cake with beaten egg

5)熱鍋,抹上一層橄欖油,把飯糰放入鍋內,小火煎至兩面金黃色即可
Heat pan, brush a layer of olive oil, put the rice cake into fry pan, fry them with low heat until both side golden and ready to serve


今天的外出午餐,用白飯包肉碎再用雞蛋煎來定型
