Tomato & Salmon Porridge (by ELB)
今日正牌晚餐 - 蕃茄三文魚粥 (by ELB)
利用洋蔥的甜味來蓋過三文魚的魚腥味
再加上蕃茄的酸甜味
鮮甜的粥, 侒侒差不多吃光咯 ^^
材料:
三文魚 Salmon
蕃茄 Tomato
洋蔥 Spring Onion
香菇 Mushroom (可免/Optional)
1) 所有材料切丁
Cut all the ingredients into small pieces
2) 三文魚和洋蔥放入ELB的小盤
Salmon and spring onion put in the plate of ELB
3)米,蕃茄和香菇 + 水 放入鍋內
Place the rice, tomato, mushroom and water into pot
4) 把飯鍋和盤一起放入ELB內,外鍋加水,按ON
Place all the plates into ELB, add water into outer pot, press ON button
5) 粥煮好後,把三文魚和洋蔥倒入飯鍋內,搗碎蕃茄拌勻即可 享用
Once the porridge done, pour the salmon and spring onion into the pot, smash tomato and mix well. Ready to serve
