Carrot & Chicken Porridge


今日午餐 - 胡萝卜鸡丝粥

材料:
胡萝卜 Carrot
鸡丝 Chicken Sliced
姜茸 Minced Ginger
麻油 Sesame Oil
白米 Rice

1) 白米洗净, 胡萝卜刨丝, 鸡肉切丝备用
Wash and drain the rice, grated carrot into slices, cut the chicken into slices and set aside

2) 把白米, 胡萝卜丝和姜茸放入砂锅里, 加水大火煮至沸腾
Put the rice, sliced carrot and minced ginger into Claypot, add water and switch to high heat boil until boiling

3) 转小火, 砂锅上放筷子(防止粥水溢出), 盖锅。每几分钟就稍微搅拌防止锅底烧焦
Switch to low heat, place a pair of chopstick on claypot (prevent the water splitting), cover the pot. Check and stir the porridge every few minutes to prevent scorch

4) 如果煮到一半水干, 可以再加水。差不多15-20分钟后转大火, 把鸡絲放进去, 用筷子搅拌开来
Add some water into pot if the water dry (as if the porridge not done yet).
Switch to high heat after 15-20 mins, put in the sliced chicken, stir with chopstick

5) 约3-5分钟后, 加入1汤匙麻油, 拌匀即可熄火
Add 1 tbsp of sesame oil after 3-5 mins, stir well and switch off the heat and done!

看似普通但很香很好吃的粥~
有姜丝就是潮州式的粥, 当它是宝宝版潮州鸡絲粥好了 😅
