Tomato Fried Rice with Egg
今日預備晚餐 - 蕃茄蛋炒飯
今天侒侒的晚餐是粥,這炒飯是準備來萬一他不吃粥,至少 還有第二選擇。
當然這炒飯也沒浪費掉,是媽咪我和爺爺的晚餐之一哦。
蕃茄蛋炒飯是最簡單最家常的佳餚了
我竟然到現在才想到這個
明明自己最愛吃 =.=
材料:
蕃茄 Tomato
胡蘿蔔 Carrot
雞蛋 Egg
洋蔥粉 Onion Powder
白飯 Cooked Rice
橄欖油 Olive Oil
1) 蕃茄和蘿蔔切丁
Cut the tomato and carrot into small pieces
2) 雞蛋打散備用
Beat the egg, set aside
3) 熱鍋,熱油,加入蛋液翻炒
Heat pan, heat oil, add beaten egg and stir fry
4) 加入蕃茄和蘿蔔翻炒至蕃茄出水
Add tomato and carrot, stir fry until the juice comes out
5) 加入約1茶匙的洋蔥粉翻炒均勻
Add 1 tbsp of onion powder and stir fry
6) 最後加入白飯翻炒至干即可
Lastly, add the cooked rice and stir fry until dry and ready to serve
