香菇南瓜粥

Mushroom & Pumpkin Porridge
今日午餐 - 香菇南瓜粥
材料:
香菇 Mushroom
南瓜 Pumpkin
洋蔥 Spring Onion
麻油 Sesame Oil
白米 Rice
1)白米洗淨瀝乾,其他材料切丁
Wash and drain the rice, cut the ingredients into small pieces
2) 倒入1湯匙麻油入砂鍋內,加入洋蔥翻炒至有香味
Pour 1 tbsp of sesame oil into claypot, add the spring onion and stir fry until fragrant
3) 加入南瓜和香菇翻炒1分鐘
Add pumpkin and mushroom stir fry for 1 min
4) 加入白米和水, 煮至沸騰
Add rice and water into claypot, cook until water boiling
5) 轉小火,砂鍋上放筷子 (防止粥水溢出)。蓋鍋,每幾分鐘稍微攪拌防止鍋底燒焦
Switch to low heat, place a pair of chopstick on claypot (prevent the water splitting), cover the pot. Check and stir the porridge every few minutes to prevent scorch
6) 待南瓜熟軟後,用鍋鏟稍微按壓。
Once the pumpkin cooked, press and mash it with spatula
7) 煮全熟全程約15~20分鐘即可
The whole progress took 15~20 mins, and ready to serve
