蒸雞蛋糕

Steam Sponge Cake


今日早餐 - 蒸雞蛋糕

材料:
雞蛋 3粒
低筋麵粉 110g
糖蜜 70g
玉米油 1湯匙

1)將雞蛋 + 糖打發至濃稠 (可畫 8字維持3秒不消失)
2)加入過篩的麵粉至蛋糊內翻拌至無顆粒
3)加入玉米油翻拌均勻
4)倒入紙杯至7分滿
5)放入已經煮沸的蒸鍋內大火蒸15分鐘即可

Ingredients:
Egg 3 pcs
Low-protein/Cake Flour 110g
Molasses Sugar 70g
Corn Oil 1 tbsp

1) Beat the egg and sugar until fluffy and creamy (Can draw a "8" on surface and won't disappear in 3 seconds)
2) Add sieved flour, mix and combine with spatula until smoothly
3) Add corn oil and continue to combine with spatula
4) Pour the batter into cup cake mould
5) Place the mould into preheated steam pot, steam for 15 mins and ready to serve

很簡單的雞蛋糕∼
說簡單也不算太簡單,
想當初完全新手的時候,
蒸出來的雞蛋糕像發糕 😂

綿密的口感,很好吃哦!
