Chicken Soup with Garlic, Candied Date and Wolfberry


蒜香蜜棗枸杞雞湯

(適合10個月以上 Suitable for 10 months and above)


材料:
蒜米 6瓣 Garlic 6 pcs
蜜棗 2粒 Candied Date 2 pcs
枸杞 10粒 Wolfberry 10 pcs
蘿蔔 1條 Carrot 1 pc
雞腿肉 3塊 Chicken Thigh 3 pcs

1) 雞腿肉川燙去污漬,蘿蔔切丁,蒜頭拍扁
Blanch the chicken thigh to remove dirts, cut the carrot into small pieces, pat the garlic with knife

2) 把所有材料放入slow cooker裡煲4~5小時即可
Put all the ingredients into slow cooker, boil for 4~5 mins and ready to serve

今天早上因為趕出門,就快手快腳的把午餐,和晚餐要喝的湯一起弄好。
臨時想到這樣的配搭,也麼想過味道會怎樣就這樣煮下去了
結果很意外的甜~
不能說是超好喝,有一種說不出的感覺
感覺像我媽媽煮給我喝的補氣雞湯耶 哈哈哈
