Fried Meesuah with Brown Mushroom
今日午餐第二彈 - 蘑菇麵線煎
材料:
蘑菇丁 Mushroom dice
麵線 Meesuah
雞蛋 Egg
1)蘑菇丁先蒸熟,麵線過水幾次洗掉鹽分
Steam the mushroom, soak meesuah in the water several times to remove the sodium
2) 麵線煮軟,撈起瀝乾,待涼
Cook the meesuah until tender, remove it from the pot and drain dry, set aside wait until cool down
3) 雞蛋打散,麵線剪幾段,把麵線和蘑菇倒入蛋液內攪拌均勻
Whisk the egg, cut meesuah into few pieces, put the meesuah and mushroom into beaten egg, mix well
4) 熱鍋,加入少許橄欖油轉小火
Heat pan, add a little bit of olive oil, and switch to low heat
5) 用湯匙舀起麵糊,放入鍋內煎至兩面金黃色即可
Scoop the mixture with a spoon, pour into pot and fry until golden. Done.
以前給麵線煎幾乎是丟光
今天還算不錯,賞臉吃下幾口
等他午覺醒來再給看看
(應該是午飯前吃了小餅乾,飽了😓)
