Homemade Mushroom Powder
自製香菇粉
材料:
香菇 Dry Mushroom
1) 先用乾淨的乾布,抹乾淨香菇,不必用水洗
Wipe the mushroom with a clean dry cloth. Do not wash with water
2) 香菇並排在烤盤上,預熱烤箱150 degree, 烤125 degree 60~70分鐘
Place the mushrooms on bake tray, preheat oven 150 degree, bake at 125 degree for 60~70 mins
3) 出爐後,把香菇剪成小片,用攪拌機打成粉末
Cut the mushroom into small pieces after baked, put into blender and blend them into powder
4) 最後使用密封罐收藏即可
Store them into air tight container and done.

想了很久,今天終於開始做香菇粉了。
因為很懶惰,一直拖到現在 😅
香菇在烘烤的時候,散發出來的味道超級濃郁
屋內都是香菇味 😁
香菇粉超好用,天然的味精
醃肉,煮湯,炒菜都適用哦
