Potato Rice Cake


马铃薯米饼

材料:
白饭 Cooked Rice
马铃薯 Potato
蘑菇 Brown Mushroom
花椰菜 Broccoli
鸡蛋 Egg
橄榄油 Olive Oil

1) 蘑菇和花椰菜切碎,马铃薯切块
Chopped mushroom and broccoli, cut the potato into pieces

2) 马铃薯蒸熟压烂,蘑菇和白饭一起煮熟,花椰菜蒸3~5分钟备用
Steam and smash the potato, cook the mushroom and rice together, steam the broccoli for 3~5 mins and set aside

3) 将白饭,蘑菇,花椰菜和马铃薯搅拌均匀,用保鲜纸捏成形
Combine white rice, mushroom, broccoli and potato, wrap them with cling wrap and shape it

4) 鸡蛋打散,米饼沾上蛋液
Beaten egg, rice cake coated with egg

5) 热锅,刷上一层橄榄油,米饼煎至两面金黄色即可
Heat pan, brush a layer of oil olive, fry the rice cake until both side golden and ready to serve

今天带侒侒和他的小妈咪聚会,早上起来就先准备午餐,带米饼出门方便吃。做了7个,侒侒吃掉4个 ^^
