番茄酱蘑菇肉碎螺旋面

Minced Meat & Mushroom Fusilli with Tomato Sauce


今日午餐 - 番茄酱蘑菇肉碎螺旋面

材料:
自制番茄酱 Homemade Tomato Sauce
猪肉碎 Minced Meat
蘑菇 Brown Mushroom
麻油 Sesame Oil
Paprika Powder
太白粉 Potato Starch
橄榄油 Olive Oil

1) 猪肉碎先和麻油,Paprika Powder腌制15分钟
Marinate the minced meat with sesame oil and paprika powder for 15 mins

2) 螺旋面水煮熟
Cook the fusilli with another pot of boiling water

3) 热锅,倒入橄榄油,加入猪肉碎翻炒
Heat pan, pour the olive oil, add in minced meat and stir fry

4) 加入马铃薯和蘑菇翻炒,加入自制番茄酱和水焖马铃薯至软
Add potato and brown mushroom, stir fry them. Add in homemade tomato sauce and water, cover the pan and simmer until potato tender

5) 把煮好的螺旋面加入翻炒至收汁即可享用
Add the fusilli and stir fry until the sauce dries up and ready to serve

终于又把自制番茄酱用光光咯~ 不过有它真的超方便,哈哈~
